Eric Ries ‘s “Lean Startup” was one of the most amazing books I’ve recently read. It connects a lot of dots on why things are done wrongly in startup small companies and why so many leap-of-faith hypotheses don’t make sense and how to discover those wrong ideas and processes. It personally resonated with me, due to my passion/experiences to engage with startups and due to a lot of failures I see in Iranian businesses every day, in Food/restaurant industry to engineering/high tech. It might be in other communities as well, and it’s essentially a leader syndrome in start-ups, this sense of over-self-confidence which soon alters to ego and bias and kills an amazing idea!
